Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 19, 2026

This document is provided as a plain-language template for Gill Services and should be reviewed with qualified legal counsel before being relied on for your specific situation.

This Privacy Policy explains what information Gill Services collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the marketing site, the onboarding wizard, and the client review portal.

1. What we collect

  • Brief information you enter in the onboarding wizard: business name, goals, style preferences, and page structure.
  • Files you upload as part of your brief or change requests (logos, copy, media).
  • Account information if you sign in: email address, authentication metadata.
  • Payment metadata from Stripe (subscription status, last four digits, billing country). We do not see or store full card numbers.
  • Basic usage data such as pages visited, referrer, and device type.

2. How we use it

  • To design, build, host, and update your website.
  • To process payments and manage your subscription.
  • To communicate about your project and support requests.
  • To keep the service secure and improve how it works.

3. Who we share with

We share the minimum necessary with the vendors that power the service: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and file storage), and the underlying hosting provider. We do not sell your data.

4. Retention

We keep your brief and account records while you are a client and for a reasonable period after cancellation so we can respond to questions and meet legal obligations. You can request deletion at any time.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. To exercise a right, email aclementgilll@gmail.com.

6. Security

We use industry-standard practices: encrypted connections, scoped access to your data, and managed cloud infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

7. Children

The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
