Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Gill Services, operated by Clement Gill ("we", "us", "our"). By starting a project or paying an invoice, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We design, build, host, and maintain a custom website for you. The scope, pages, and features are captured in your onboarding brief and any follow-up conversations. We deliver a public URL and continue to host and update the site while your subscription is active.

2. Billing

• Monthly plan: $49 per month, billed monthly.
• Yearly plan: $490 per year, billed annually (two months free).
• Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on the recurring interval you selected.

3. Cancellation and site removal

You may cancel at any time from your client portal. Your service continues through the end of the current billing period. When the period ends, we take the website offline and archive its files. We do not maintain sites without an active subscription.

4. Turnaround and revisions

We aim to publish a first draft within a few business days of receiving your complete brief and to respond to change requests within 24 hours on business days. Complex changes may take longer and we will tell you upfront.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the text, images, and other content you supply. You confirm you have the rights to everything you send us and grant us the license needed to publish it on your site.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services for anything unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or that would jeopardise our hosting infrastructure. We may suspend or terminate service for material violations.

7. Warranties and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated by email or in your client portal at least 14 days before they take effect.
